2024.10.31 Small Fish -Comedy Variety Show Duo Clowntortion

With a combined 21 years of experience, standup comedian Maggie Harder (they/them) and musical comic Glenys Marshall (she/her) are producers, writers, teachers, and community organizers. They’re best known for their monthly variety show Small Fish, which showcases art by and for marginalized folks in the nation’s capital and beyond. They have sold out consecutively, including a self-produced NYE bash at the Mayfair Theatre that packed all 325 seats to the gills.

Personifying their clown-sona's TeeHee and HeeHee, ValerieAuCiel prepared a three-part journey for the October 2024 Small Fish Show audience. Inviting viewers to meet some freshly created balloon animal friends, to watch a mimed account of a worldwide journey in which TeeHee and HeeHee get tragically separated, and finishing with a grand reunion dance performance.
